U.S. Orders For Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in good condition and in their original packaging. We regret to inform you that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns. Thus, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
How to return:
- Contact us at csteam@tymo-tech.com. You can select to exchange, have a Refund Voucher that you can use right away in the TYMO shop, or receive a refund to your original payment method.
- Get a refund confirmation from customer care team.
- Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.
- If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label; otherwise, please use another shipping box.
- Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team.
For defective items exceeding the return policy period, a related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy card in the packaging.
International Orders For Returns:
For international returns, please reach out to us at csteam@tymo-tech.com. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid labels for international orders, so you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, the shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable, as it was paid to the carrier for the delivery service.

If you are shipping items over $75, a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance should be considered.
