How do I redeem points?
Log in to your account and use the points slider at checkout. To redeem, simply copy the redemption code and paste it into the discount field during checkout. You must be logged in to redeem your points.
- $10 off for 1,000 points on orders $50 +.
- $20 off for 2,000 points on orders $100 +.
- $30 off for 3,000 points on orders $150 +.
- $40 off for 4,000 points on orders $200 +.
- $60 off for 6,000 points on orders $250 +.
- $100 off for 8,000 points on orders $400 +.
You must add the minimum spend to your cart for the discount to apply. The subtotal must be $50 before taxes and shipping to apply the discount. You can only redeem points once per order.
Why didn’t I receive my birthday points if I registered in the same month as my birthday?
Birthday points are awarded on a yearly basis based on your registered birthday. If you register in the same month as your birthday, your points will start accumulating from the following year.
Do points expire?
Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If there is no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
Can I claim points from previous purchases?
Sorry, you cannot claim points from previous purchases.
How do tiers work?
Our VIP rewards program consists of 3 distinct tiers:
Tier 1: New customers who spend $0+ within a year.
Tier 2: Customers who spend $250+ within a year.
Tier 3: Customers who spend $500+ within a year.
Once you unlock a new tier, you’ll receive an email notification. You can also view this information when logged in to your account.
What if I cancel my order?
If you cancel an order, you will lose your accumulated points from the order.
